Preventive preservation

At the beginning of the 1990s the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment set up the Delta Plan for the Preservation of the Cultural Heritage in partnership with the Government Buildings Agency. The goal of the Air Quality for Public Records and Museums advice guideline is to achieve a responsible indoor climate with a performance/quality description for the preservation of our items of cultural heritage. ALLSORB supplies a full filter package that fully complies with these criteria and that ensures that the highest air purity class, Delta Class 1, is achieved.

Achieving this very pure air ensures that moulds, acid gases and fine particles cannot negatively affect our items of cultural significance in archives, museums, libraries and exhibition rooms.

The ALLSORB air purification system consists of a 4-step filter that is built up as follows:
>       EU9 electrostatic filter for moulds and spores and micro organismen
>       Chemical filter for gases
>       Chemical filter for gases
>       EU9 fine dust filter for small particles
