The deep bed scrubber is fabricated from steel, or SS304 stainless steel. The unit is extremely effective in capturing high concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in harsh industrial conditions.

High Efficiency in Harsh Industrial Conditions

The deep bed scrubber filter system is suitable for air volumes up to 40,000m3/h and is therefore used in harsh industrial conditions where high air volumes have to be extracted and vented outside. The gas concentration and flow rate are generally high. For high efficiency, prolonged contact is therefore required.

Rental Fleet with ISO 16890 Certification

Thanks to their robust design, these systems are part of our rental fleet. Standard container versions are available in 10ft and 20ft. They can be set up quickly and can easily be exchanged on site if the activated carbon becomes saturated. ISO 16890 certified.
